Department of Biochemistry Participates in the 50th Anniversary Celebration of Phramongkutklao College of Medicine

The Department of Biochemistry was honored to take part in the grand celebration of the 50th Anniversary of Phramongkutklao College of Medicine, a highly significant occasion marking an important milestone in the history and development of the institution. This memorable event reflected the collective dedication, unity, and strong collaboration of all sectors within the college, whose coordinated efforts contributed greatly to the success of the celebration.

The event was graciously honored by the presence of Her Royal Highness Princess Maha Chakri Sirindhorn, who presided over the opening of the Chalerm Phrakiat Building. Her presence represented a moment of profound distinction and pride for the college and all those involved in organizing this historic occasion.

As part of the anniversary celebration, a wide range of academic exhibitions, commemorative activities, and presentations were organized to showcase the achievements, progress, and institutional contributions of Phramongkutklao College of Medicine over the past five decades. The Department of Biochemistry played an important and active role in several key aspects of the event.

In particular, Col. Prof. Chanchai Traivaree, Head of the Department of Biochemistry, served as a member of the organizing and editorial team responsible for the 50th Anniversary commemorative book of Phramongkutklao College of Medicine. Through his leadership and dedication, the commemorative publication was successfully developed as a valuable academic and historical record of the institution’s legacy and accomplishments.

In addition, faculty members of the Department of Biochemistry also contributed in various important roles throughout the event, including participation in the official welcoming team for the opening ceremony and in receiving distinguished guests, senior administrators, and members of the Royal Household. Their involvement reflected the department’s strong commitment to supporting the college in this landmark celebration.
